• The DFL model FCA flap type damper is designed for pneumatic transport applications and is used to isolate air or industrial gas in combustion and various process lines where temperatures may reach up to 900ºC. It consists of a cylinder shape body and a flap type gate. When the flap comes in contact with the seat that is lodged in the gate, the valve will achieve full tightness. The valve is provided with a flange type connection as per FCA Standard or according to customer’s requirements.
  • The DMA model FCA butterfly damper is a welding assembly construction that consists of a body and a single disc with a centered shaft. The damper must always be installed in horizontal position. Suitable for low pressures, up to 0.5 bar, and a temperature range of 700ºC up to 1100ºC. The damper is provided with a shaft extension to distance the actuator form the source of heat as well as some heat dispersers in case of high process temperatures. Optionally the valve may also be provided with refractory cement internal lining and special isolating elements as per the requirements marked by the process.
  • The DG model FCA guillotine damper is designed for combustion gases and temperatures ranging up to 1000ºC. They are used as valves in a maintenance service or as dampers of isolation in a by-pass, furnace outlet,etc... Damper with full bore to reduce pressure loss to a minimum and allow the evacuation of great flows. Round or rectangular body with a bonnet in order to assure tightness to the atmosphere. The opening is obstructed by a knife or gate type obturator with a linear movement. Special designs are also available in the case of gas with high concentration of solid particles in order to prevent fluid build up. The connection of the damper is flange type according to FCA Standard or according to customer’s requirements.
  • The DP model FCA multi louver damper is designed for combustion gases and for temperatures ranging up to 900ºC. Mainly used for regulation purposes. Square or rectangular body with a single or multiple interconnected louvers. The damper is provided with flanges to suit FCA Standards or customer’s requirements.
