High Temperature Round Butterfly Damper

The DMA model FCA butterfly damper is a welding assembly construction that consists of a body and a single disc with a centered shaft and a round section.

Depending on the closure used, soft or metal-metal, it can get a tightness levels between 96% and 99%. Also is extended to the shaft for moving away de drive.

If the process requires it, refractory concrete coatings and special insulators will be applied to reduce the skin temperature.

Design Standard	ANSI / ASME / DIN
Pressure	The maximum work pressure is standar at 0.5 bar. Depending on the material used, the temperature range goes from 600ºC to 1000ºC.
Sizes	From Dn300 to DN3000
