The PE FCA type Plug valve is an eccentric rotatory valve with its closure part as a plug, which can turn 90º inside the body to control flow through the plug when the valve is open.

The plug valve ir mostly suitable for cutting off, turning on and distributing the flow, even it can be used for a suspend grains medium. One of its important characteristics is that is prone to fit multi-center structure, so that one single plug valve can be designed with two, three, and even four different flow bores. In this way, the design of the pipeline system can be simplified.

The eccentric plug model has a straight through flow design, performing high capacity flow coefficient at open position. Meeting low friction and zero leakage requeriments. Is welded-in stainless steel, nickel or resin seat and can meet corrosion resistance requirements of various medium. V type sealing ring can be changed on line without disassembling the operator.
