The DG model FCA guillotine damper is designed for combustion gases and temperatures ranging up to 1000ºC. They are used as valves in a maintenance service or as dampers of isolation in a by-pass, furnace outlet, etc...

Damper with full bore to reduce pressure loss to a minimum and allow the evacuation of great flows. Round or rectangular body with a bonnet in order to assure tightness to the atmosphere. The opening is obstructed by a knife or gate type obturator with a linear movement. Special designs are also available in the case of gas with high concentration of solid particles in order to prevent fluid build up.

The connection of the damper is flange type according to FCA Standard or according to customer’s requirements.
