Triple Eccentric Butterfly Valve

MT

Centered axis or eccentric butterfly valves do not present the correct performance when used for severe applications such as high temperatures or at high opening and closing frequencies. FCA triple eccentric valves are designed to withstand this type of conditions that do not allow the use of soft seat butterflies.

This type of design allows operating at low torques, and the metal sealing ensures perfect thermal shocks or pressure peaks. The zero leakage of our triple eccentric butterfly valve is implemented by the composite stainless teel sealing ring mounted on the disc. The design of right-angled rotation with zero friction is implemented by the distintive triple eccentric principle. It eliminates the friction between the seat and the sealing ring in 90º rotation.
